Refund Policy
If MoonRay for Blender is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Full refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund of any order within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason, and the whole amount you paid is refunded, whichever tier and amount you chose.
How to ask for a refund
Either of these works:
- Email luwizart@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, or the order number from your Paddle receipt.
- Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you bought with, and request a refund there.
How refunds are paid
Our orders are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes every refund and returns the money to your original payment method. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card provider. Paddle's Paddle's buyer terms also apply to refunds.
After a refund
Once an order is refunded, any download links issued for it stop working. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
